I'm pretty sure it's neither. These lines seem to be (greatly!) excerpted from Eugene Lee-Hamilton's poem "The Death of Puck." |

It may be referential to Shakespeare, rather than being Shakespeare. Puck appears in A Midsummer Night's Dream. - Hammer |
