I would like to know the following:
- Is there a demand for putting up blue-collar skills for auction?
- Is there a demand for multiple blue-collar sevice providers bidding
on a particular consumer's project in a reverse auction style?

Are there exsiting sites that facilitate this?

From my knowledge, traditionally, only products have been auctioned
on-line. There are been some sites which allow white-collar
professionals to bid for jobs. I just wanted to see if there is a
demand for a similar sort of thing with a whole range of blue-collar
jobs for all types of house-hold chores and home improvement type
jobs.
