If possible, could you give us a few more details:

1. Are you sure about the spelling of her name "Julie Louise
Deckenbach" (or "Reite")? Which one is her maiden name?
2. How do you know that she appeared on the cover of Mademoiselle
during the early to mid 1960's? Have you seen this particular issue?
3. Can you describe her physical appearance: hair color & style, eye
color, clothing & jewelry she wore on the cover, etc.?
4. Did she model for any other magazines during the early to mid 60's?
5. Did she model exclusively in the United States?
6. Did she appear on TV or in the movies?

Reitem,

I was in a library today where they had bound copies of Mademoiselle
magazine going back to 1942. I browsed through various issues from
1960 to 1967.

Although the covers are discussed within the first 10-30 pages of each
magazine, the cover models are usually *not* credited, except in rare
instances where they were celebrities to begin with.

Unless you know this individual appeared in Mademoiselle within a
limited time period, and you have a very specific description of her,
it's going to be difficult to identify her photo.
