I have a personal website, nothing special.  On that site I have a sub
domain that I would like to post a wiki.  I plan on using it as an on
line 'to do list' or notebook for my wife and I.  I've seen sites such
a jot.com that host wiki's but those sites are banned from our
company's servers.  My site is hosted at GoDaddy on a Windows server.

What I'm looking for is a template or group of files that I can upload
to my sub domain then edit as needed on line.  I don't have any
programming experience so I don't know where to find a person to do
this.  Since it's just one page I'd like to keep the cost
low($50-$100).

Can someone help my find what I'm looking for or help me find someone
who can do it for me?

It would also be helpful to know which GoDaddy plan you have.  I think
these are the choices they offer at present:

Another solution would be to redirect your subdomain to an account at
jot.com (assuming your domain is hosted at GoDaddy).  Let me know if
you would accept instructions on how to do this as a solution to your
question.

TaskFreak is nice but it doesn't work on a Windows server.  And it has
more options than I'm looking for.  All I need is easily editable text
on a web page.  For example,  a title with about 20 bullets.  Each
bullet containing about 2 sentences.

And I have the economy plan with GoDaddy.  I'm not interested in
forwarding my sub domain to another site to get this done.

I got started thinking about this after seeing
http://www.tiddlywiki.com/  You can title each
