I want to create a community portal website. I understand that I
can hire someone to write a customized solution, but I need
information on pre-packaged solutions that are feature rich (ability
to have user accounts, email, event listings, articles, message board,
chat,  links, blogs, banner integration, etc). I would need
information regarding feature sets, pricing, installation, type of
server(s) the solutions work on, ability of solution to integrate
payments for services, and any other pertinent information to help
make a decision about which solution to use. Ideally, I would receive
information on at least three different solutions.
