I am looking for software to work with Taiwan and Philippine lotto

Since each lottery drawing is independent of previous drawings, ie no
change is made to the numbers that are being drawn, the probability of
any combination of numbers being drawn always stays the same and
equals the probability of any other combination of the same number of
number.  No software can therefore predict lottery results, except in
cases where the system has been rigged to favour certain numbers.

You could attempt a mathematical system which calculates how many
combinations of numbers you need to enter in order to increase your
probability of hitting a winner.  However, you would probably find
that overall you would need to have invested far more than you will
win.

You could try asking a psychic to foresee the future and tell you the
winning numbers.  However, those who can do it have presumably already
retired to a life of luxury, leaving those who can't to work the
various psychinc lines and web sites.
