Can anyone one tell me an Indian-furniture website which lists the
prices of its product in Indian rupees. All the site that I visited
have products for display but none have price listed for them.

I could find the furniture section on the Indian eBay, that had prices
in ruppes, but I am not sure that this would be considered as a
"furniture site" by you.

Thanx for the response.I'd already visited ebay india but that dosen't
serve the purpose (ebay-india, just has a listing for few items).
Also, I'm looking for wooden furniture. My friend is on a transfer to
India - New Delhi, so he wants to check furniture models and prices
online.

I'd tried yahoo directory but couldn't find such site. 
The link below mentions a few site from yahoo directory but none have
prices listed for its product.

Indian buyers bargain hard for every thing they buy, more over very
few Indian visit websites, atleast to check price because every one
knows fix price shops are only few. It is hard to find furniture, etc,
website with price tags.

and yes ! You won't find price tags on furtniture displayed in their
shops, so how can they display price on their website :)

well it IS difficult to get websites which list prices.. 
however there are few things you can do :

1. You could go to websites like
http://www.ekbotefurniture.com/contact.htm and write to their sales
staff and ask for prices of products that you like.

2. If you really need it, i could scan a few newspaper advertisements
and send those to you. Those would contain prices along with the

I did contact a few of them, but was very cumbersome.
Everytime look at the model and inquire about it.

I guess it will take some time in India to have a site like that.
