I am looking for the name of the standard in use in Brazil to perform Electronic Fund Transfer(EFT ). In the US, the standard is ACH (Automated Clearing House). What is the name of the corresponding Brazilian standard? |

Tecnologia Bancaria (TecBan) was formed in 1982 in Brazil to provide ATM products, now they provide EFT services. I found an article that should do more than answer your question. Check this out http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/041027/074817.html |

Dear abc7536, Thanks for your research. The article is interesting, but it does not mention the name of the standard in effect in Brazil for EFT transaction. Ultimately, I am looking for a sample EFT file in order generate such file myself. |
