What exactly is "tagged Content??  example An answer to a specific
question would be "Tagged with issue attributes"

Hi, getting search engines to index dynamic pages is a challenge.
Although technically it can be done it is very difficult. I had the
same design problem with a product called ADDBLOX (www.addblox.com),
here in the UK. It basically allows you to generate your websites, and
the content is stored in a db. There are many issues to consider, but
the big problems comes when you have 1500 users concurrently access a
single page. The DB starts dying. Take a look at ADDBLOX and create a
test site. You need to ensure that the meta data is entered for each
page, their is a wizard that does this for u.
