How likely is it that AUSTRAC

would be able to detect me using a Visa card issued from a bank in the
mainland United Kingdom (not a tax haven) for point of sale
transactions (POS) while I am living permanently in Australia?

I would like to make purchases both in stores and online. I do not
want to use the Visa card to withdraw cash from an ATM.

Is there any way to minimise the ability of AUSTRAC to detect
transactions made with an offshore Visa card while I am living in
Australia?
