I need to take 12 hours of college courses to graduate this Spring.

1 class Mathematics ? lower level
1 class Communication ? upper level
1 class English ? upper level
1 class Multicultural - upper level.

The school must have the following criteria:
Tuition is less than $250 a quarter hour (or relatively inexpensive).
Must have rolling enrollment (classes start every 2 weeks or once a
month) as I have missed spring enrollment this year for most schools.
Must be completely distance learning (on-line).
The college must accept federal aid.

I have passed my residency requirements for the state of Virginia at
Old Dominion University but did not pass residency at NVCC. So I sort
of pass the residency requirements for Virginia, depending on who you
ask.

If you can come up with a couple of schools, that would be great!
