I need a graphics card that natively outputs to component HD. The HD
output is to serve as a third display to my plasma HDTV (HDMI input on
that display is already occupied by another device). Most of the
Radeon 9000 series does this, via ATI's HD component adapter. The
problem is that I need a card with either a PCI, a PCI-E x4 or x1
interface, because my x16 slot is already occupied by a serious
graphics card (powering two dedicated LCD monitors). Every graphics
card I've found that supports native component HD is either AGP (which
I don't have) or PCI-E x16. Surely there must be a card out there,
somewhere, which meets both critera?

I'm hoping to pay ~120USD or less (that's not concrete though).
