It looks possible that the Local Council are going to allow an 8m high
Mobile Phone mast on a pavement immediately adjacent to my property
(The base within a couple of centimetres of my boundary wall). If
planning permission is granted I intend to purchase a mature tree and
plant it on my land immediately adjacent to the mast. If left to its
own devices within time the tree's branches will grow outwards over
the pavement above head height. Naturally these branches may
unfortunately interfere with the phone mast by growing out past and
around the mast.
Please could someone research my legal position if this were to occur?
