Hello Laujam,

I located a food service equipment company based in Houston that has
the  Corema GAMMA-250C 8 liter vertical Gelato Batch Freezer.  The
model number is 250-C, not 250-CW. I also found the Italian
manufacturers website. Would this information be of your interest?

The company that we are working with says that is the correct model.
The gelato machine is water cooled I would say that is what the cw
stands for.Any additional information that you can provide would be
helpful.. Laujam
