I am looking to find a marina on the Intercoastal waterway in each of
the following Florida locations: Ponte Vedra Beach, Hillsboro Beach,
Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miami and Miami Beach.  The
qualifications that I am looking for in the marina are as follows:
(1) I wish to keep a 38 foot Fountain Fever at the marina. (2) I am
looking for a facility that would store the boat in a dry dock
configuration and when I wish to use the boat would launch it for me
so that when I arrive it is fueled, in the water and ready to use. (3)
When I am finished using the boat I would want to be able to just tie
up the boat at the marina and leave. I would want the marina to wash
it down and flush the engines to remove the salt water and then return
it to dry dock.  In other words I am looking for a hassle free boating
experience in which the marina takes care of everything and I just use
the boat. If a particular location does not have such a facility that
is fine, I just want know which locations do have an accommodation
that would satisfy my needs. I would like to find a facility that can
accept the boat by January of 2005, or as soon as feasible thereafter.

I have narrowed by search somewhat. I would be happy with an answer
that just covers Marina options that satisfy my criteria for Miami,
Florida and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.  I have some familiarity with
Ponte Vedra Beach and it may not have such a facility if that is the
case, I would be satisfied with just a reference to a facility that
satisfies my criteria in Miami.  I realize that it would be a lot of
work to do this search for 7 locations, but perhaps it would be
feasible to research just 2 locations.

 In our New Dry Rack storage facility, to serve our customers better,
we offer 'Call-in' launch services and have their boats ready to 'Go'
as soon as they get to the Marina.

The Marina's forklift operators are trained professionals and "plug"
the boats when putting them in the water and upon the boats return
"un-plug' and drain the boat before putting it back.

Dry Rack Storage Customers are also offered washing, flushing of
engines, and other essential services like waxing, pressure bottom
cleaning, detailing and etc?

Located in Key Biscayne, Florida off the Intercoastal Waterway at
Marker 67 (ICM 67) on the Northeast side of the Benjamin Powell Bridge

The services you described at the Key Biscayne location does satisfy
my requirements.  Please provide the contact information and I will
consider the question answered.  I was also hoping to find such a
facility in the Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida location.  Has your
research uncovered such a location?  I understand that you cannot make
a facility appear if one does not exist, so if you feel you have
exhaused the search for such a location in Ponte Vedra, I would
consider your answer to be complete, however, I did want confirmation
that you did the "due dilligence" seach for Ponte Vedra as well,
otherwise, I will need to do it myself.

?Rickenbacker Marina has probably the best location for its customers
to approach and reach deep waters. One is right at Intercoastal Marker
#67 - this is unbelievably ideal for boaters - one really has to just
choose where one wants to go - North or South - its incredibly and
beautifully located.  Most marinas in South Florida have channels
leading to the Ocean and it takes boaters anywhere from 20 minutes and
over to get to open waters.

Ponte Vedra Beach.

There is however another Marina that appears to meet your
requirements; but  it is located at Jacksonville Beach about 5 miles
from Ponte Vedra Beach.
