How do i approach a casino owner(person in charge) to encourage them
to open a casino in Mumbai, India. I am sure people have tried
earlier, but may not have had the right resources to get certain
permits, etc.  I have certain connections which reach all the way to
the high officials in the government. My issue is that i would need
someone from the US(previous casino owner) to finance it and manage it
as they would be the ones to know the ins and outs of the trade.  In
this situation, Who would i approach and how would i go about
approaching the people concerned so that i dont sound like a complete
idiot to them?
I want to know names of key people who would be involved in the decision making.
