I am working with the NeroVision API and I am having trouble getting
their exaple application to work.  When I try to load an XML file and
click the 'LOAD AND BURN' button, the app will fail if the type of
project is a DVD. It will succeed however, if I create a VCD or SVCD
of the same project FIRST, and then return to the first page and
create my DVD project.

I have narrowed the issue down to the
EstimateCreateNeroBurnContextTime... there seems to be a crash the
first time through if the XML specifies a DVD.

I am running the project in Visual C++.

I need to know the reason that this happens so I can use the SDK
correctly. Please help.
