The background of PEM (which stands, by the way, for Paneuromedia) is
very confusing and shady. Through my research, I found out that PEM
Services/Corporation/Entertainment Group is actually just a name used
by the company behind it. That company is registered in Gibraltar, and
the business address is:

So much is for sure. But I'd like to also let you know about the
obscure background of this company.
The first thing I did was to search for a PEM-owned website with a
domain whose ownership record I could analyze. From the sites I found,
I decided to use straponpost . com for further research. The
registration record for that domain showed the address provided above,
and the telephone number +1.8709901344. The country code +1 indicates
a US or Canadian telephone number, the prefix 870 would belong to a
place somewhere in Arkansas, but why would a Gibraltar-based company
have an American phone number?
The domain record for pemservices.info, another domain registered and
used by Glimmer Investments and Ms. Kirkillari, includes the
8709901344 number again, but now with another country code,
+350-8709901344. This country code defines a Gibraltar telephone
number. If that is true, why have they told a lie by disguising the
number as a US number when registering the first domain?
I also found out that Glimmer Investments is in some way connected
with a Russian company, Offshore.su. The domain of that company was
reportedly registered by a company called Emprise Investments, Inc.
Their domain registration record includes the following contact data:

PEM Entertainment is connected with a "partner program",
CashTemptation. com. Their domain is, of course, also registered by
Glimmer Investments and Ms. Kirkillari.
There is the number 8709901344 again, now suddenly disguised as a Fax
number and with the UK country code +44. And the domain from the
e-mail address, olexandr.info, was once more registered by Glimmer
Investments and Ms. Kirkillari in Gibraltar. As a side note: The
country code of the telephone number, +380, points to the Ukraine.
Finally, I found out that the Gibraltar address Suite 2, Portland House
Glacis Road is the residence of numerous companies registered in
Gibraltar. I tend to believe that it is just a "mailbox" address
provided by a service that provides company registration in Gibraltar
to foreign customers. So much for the obscure and shady things
surrounding PEM. Clearly, the actual owner of PEM, Glimmer Investments
and all the other websites and companies connected with these does not
want to be tracked. Formally, however, the Gibraltar address mentioned
at the beginning is the company's official business address.
