I need to find an opensource software that replicate a Database
running on MySql 4.1 to a Microsft Sql server 2000 using merge
replication.
MySql will need to ack as the publisher, and Sql Server as the subscriber.
Replication will need to syncronize data in both ways.

The publisher will need to handle database identity key so that the
subscriber use only different slots of values.

I found already a software that should do that
(http://www.hitsw.com/products_services/dbmoto/dbmoto_dsheet.html) I
need to find an opensource solution for it.
Or at least that costs under 500$ per licence.
