I am trying to find the name of a song and artist(and album) I heard
in Moscow in 1994. It is sung in english but in the russian style of
voice that sounds like the singer has drunk and smoked all his life,
almost talking. Singer was male. It was something about cold moscow
nights? white nights ? midnight in Moscow ?

IMHO Vysotsky never sang in English.
