Sir or Madam,

I need information about the legal environment (Special Law for
Galapagos, NEW Management Plan of the National Park, RETANP, etc.) of/
influencing the tourism industry in the Galapagos Islands.
Means:
 - What are the legal backgrounds of tourism development in Galapagos?
 - Which are the rules and regulations, that tourism businesses have
to keep in mind while starting, developing.
 - Who is responsible for what within the creation of tourism rules?
 - How are the different laws connected to each other, how do they
build the legal framework?

I am not looking for the whole texts of the laws, but more for the
specific passages that regard to tourism/ tourism development.
Summaries of the laws and regulations are helpful, also comments and
interpretations.
It also would help me a lot to get an overview of how the laws are connected.
