Outlook 2003 lets you encrypt your local email data file (.pst) with
"compressible encryption" (default) or "high encryption". This is the
best explanation I've found:

http://ask-leo.com/what_kind_of_compression_or_encryption_do_i_want_for_outlooks_pst_files.html

But I want more technical details on the two types, especially "high
encryption". Is it 3DES? AES-256? Other?
