Is there anyway to get from Heathrow Airport to Stansted Airport in
the London area without renting a car for 65 pounds, or taking the
train all the way into the city and then out to the airport? No cheap
bus shuttle or anything? Ryanair is my connecting airline and the
ticket to Glasgow is cheaper than any transportation I've found so
far.

National Express provide a coach service linking the two airports.
Use the drop down boxes to select your locations and dates. Seems to
be a basic return of £25.
The journey time is reported to be 90 minutes, but I would strongly
advise you to allow much more time for the transfer. You will be
travelling on the M25 motorway which is one of the busiest motorways
in Europe and is subject to daily traffic jams and slow moving queues
- I travel it regularly much to my frustration.
