I am working on curriculum for a coporate identity workshop. In the
implementation stage I am suggesting a model for creating a budget.
This would show an example of how to create and plan a budget for the
corporate identity implementation. This includes how much money it
cost for man hours, printing of new identity on business cards,
uniforms, trucks, web development, TV and print advertising etc.for
small to medium size business.

A structured budget using a case study would be great as an example.

In addition to a case study as an example, some general references to
budget costs for a small to medium sized business would be helpful.
