My primary residence is Georgia, I own a home there, my family lives
there and I receive most of my mail there. I worked 100% in
California last year and my employer withheld CA state tax from my
wages. I am California on a two year assignment and was on per diem
last year because my primary residence is in Georgia. Question: What
state do I owe income tax to?
