I need to know what software Apple Computer uses for their corporate
Customer Relationship Management and/or Knowledge Management to
support their e-marketing strategy?  Also, how would you evaluate

I'm asking about the performance and effectiveness of this software to
Apple's CRM program specifically.  What "wins" have they had?  What is
the value proposition?  How has it differentiated Apple from their
competitors?
