Hi Eruscle!
It didn't take long to find several excellent articles which are very
comprehensive.
This page, which is part of the University of Texas' Law School,
contains a huge amount of information for you : [
http://www.law.utexas.edu/dawson/horselaw/hrslw_mn.htm ].
The main site of this, which is run by the American Association for
Horsemanship Safety, quotes that it "...contains comprehensive
resource materials on equine law and horsemanship safety. Both the
legal and horsemanship materials are suitable for use by law students,
lawyers, and the general public".
The main page, which seems to be a very reliable resource, is here for
your perusal : [ http://www.law.utexas.edu/dawson ].
The entire site is written by Professor Robert O. Dawson, used by law
students and appears to be so "complete" (you could spend days reading
the contents!), that I feel that I don't need to research this any
further.
Please let me know if you require any more information.
regards,
