Hi Mr. Swan,
EzEcash is (or was?) a payment service, similar to Pay-Pal, which
allows you to fund an account using your credit card and then use that
account to make online purchases. They appear to be primarily
(although not solely) involved in the online casino business.
For charges to appear on your credit card, either you or someone with
access to your credit card number has opened an account with them. If
you know that you have never opened such an account, you should
immediately contact your credit card company and stop payment (and
probably report your card stolen, since the number must be in
someone's hands).
EzEcash proves to be pretty slippery to contact --
Their website is here, but offers little information.

Beyond the homepage, their other pages are only available via Google's

Going to the internet archives to their 1998 site I found the
following:
For questions regarding an ezEcash invoice or credit card charge,
contact info@ezecash.com

I sent a test email to the above, just to see if it works, but nothing
has come back yet.
I searched for the owner of the domain name and came up with:
ezEcash International International Mail Forwarding, Apartado #4843
Santo Domingo, Districto 00000 DO
Domain Name: EZECASH.COM
Administrative Contact:
Web Master admin@ezEcash.com
ezEcash.com International Inc.

Other users have had difficulties with this company --

This is the company that gave the above complainant the phone number
for EzEcash

I hope that helps you figure out why these charges are on your credit
card. If there is anything here that I haven't explained clearly,
please feel free to ask for clarification.
