Dear hyco,
I conclude from my research that the established practice among the
smallest Indian telemarketing firms is to contract with agencies,
each of which represents many firms. If you wish to deal with your
telemarketers directly, you must turn to somewhat larger firms that
have the resources to stand on their own or that are owned by a business
conglomerate. Indeed, it is the case for almost every firm I list below
that it is an arm of a traditional or diversified Indian corporation. You
would be contracting directly with the telemarketing firm, however,
without working through intermediaries.
No telemarketing firm publishes pricing information on its website. This
is not surprising, since the competitive atmosphere and the wide variation
in client demands make it difficult to put a price tag on a service
sight unseen. You should contact them directly to obtain a confidential
quote. Alternatively, I can request quotes on your behalf, as long as
you understand that I can only communicate the bids to you by posting
them on this page, in accordance with our terms of service. Furthermore,
I would need some more details about the task you wish to outsource. Do
you provide the leads, or do you expect the telemarketers to find their
own? Would you be asking them to make cold calls or targeted calls? In
what format and according to what protocol do you wish to receive the
result of each calling cycle?
The following three telemarketing firms are single-location facilities
with 500 to 1000 operators each.
Intellicom is owned by an Indian steel manufacturer.

TransWorks, a subsidiary of an Indian diversified corporation, runs three
telemarketing facilities with more than 2000 seats in total. You would be
less likely to enjoy personalized treatment from a firm of this size, but
they may be worth a close look on grounds of quality control. TransWorks'
telemarketing operations are certified to meet the COPC-2000 standard.

I was able to locate one small firm, Geo Connect, that does not appear to
be a member of a larger corporate group, yet has had the wherewithal to put
together a website of sorts. Presuming that their telemarketing work is
more competent than their web design, and considering their relatively
diminutive payroll of 150 operators, I suspect Geo Connect would make
an economical choice.

Finally, you might like to consider the Philippine telemarketing firm
ePerformax. They claim to be competitive in price and superior in quality
to their Indian counterparts.

It has been a pleasant challenge to address this question on your
behalf. If you feel that any part of my answer is unclear or incorrect,
please inform me through a Clarification Request so that I have the
