First of all there is no such thing as natural testosterone in foods.
So get real, and dont play around with testosterone, just get some
whey protein, creatine, glutamine, and some NO. If you work out right,
these will help increase ur testosterone levels, as you are building
muscle. The thing with testosterone is that once you take it, ur body
will start making estrogen to lower it, then ur gonna have to take
anti-estrogen. You will be loading ur body with testosterone. Just try
what I suggested, it worked for me, I gained like 50 lbs of muscle in
like a year, cuz i didn't have alot of free time. U might gain more.
