Thank you for your information. 
I need that paper, because it will help me solving a problem in my research. 
Before I asked this question, I had sent e-mails to both of those two
authors, but no response. So, if you have a way to get a copy of that
paper, I will up the price to $40.00.

Havlena has a faculty web page up at http://web.njit.edu/~havlena/,
which is a New Jersey Institute of Technology.  It includes an e-mail
address.  I would suggest corresponding with him and requesting one.
