I would like a list of online courses in finance and accounting from
top 20 business universities in the United States or United Kingdom. I
am looking for a list of at least 5 different universities that
satisfy the criteria below.

However, each school in the answer to this question should be
documented in the top 20 of some well regarded list. (US News and
World Report, Forbes, etc.)

The courses:
 - must be in accounting or finance
 - must be delivered completely online 
    + i.e. NO proctored exams, no in person exams, entire course is
taught, delivered and completed on the internet
 - must be available without enrolling in a degree or certification program
    + e.g. extension courses or continuing education courses

An INCORRECT example:
University of California at Berkeley Extension Online
XB102A Introduction to Financial Accounting

This example is INCORRECT because the course requires a supervised final exam.
