I need detailed information about the possibilies in the mobile market
of Greece. I know that SMS/MMS features already exist and that it is
possible to to bill a mobile user with a higher amount, say 1-3? for a
sms for "premium content". I was not able to find gateways that offer
those features. I need a list of professional companies offering
online-interfaces for external software to be used for automatically
processing SMS/MMS/"Premium-SMS".

"Premium-SMS" are used to bill the user for new ring tones or pictures
for his mobile. I need to know if it is possibly to set up monthly
recurring billings in the are of 1-5?.

For every of the gateway-companies a documentation of the interface,
contact information, homepage (if possibile) and information about the
payout and fees is needed. (e.g. "Premium-SMS" 2? -> payout 1? because
fee for one message amounts to 1?).

Second (easy) part of the question: A list of all mobile networks in
Greece, the contact details of the companies and the code of the
network(+30 XXXX).

Any further interesting/useful information about the greek mobile
market will be appreciated in an appropriate additional tip (e.g.
price level of SMS/MMS; SMS/MMS turnover p.a.; popularity of ringtones
and the price that have to be paid.)

IMPORTANT
Don't anwer the second part of the question if you cannot find
information for the first. To find "premium-sms" gateways with
documentation etc. is the crucial point. Only if a list of such
companies is presented the quesion will be qualified as answered.
