I have to do a 25 minute presentation on : Developing Human Resources
for Intellectual Property Administration and Management:  The Role of
Government and Public Institutions' Also, I am making this
presentation to an audiance from South Asia. I need information for
the presentation and need it within the next 2 days. (by the 29th of
Jan).  I am willing to give a good tip if i dont have to do much
research on top of the answer.
