My basic math has failed me. Let's say I have a group of people. I'm
trying to find out what percentage of them meet certain criteria. If
75% of them meet criteria A, and 50% of them meet criteria B, and 5%
of them meet criteria C, what percentage of them meet all three
criteria (ABC)? What's the necessary equation to figure this out?

There is no formula. For example, it may be the case that all those
who satisfy A also satisfy C, but it is also possible that no one who
satisfies A can satisfy C. Perhaps neither of these rules is true. It
all depends on the circumstances. Does that answer your question?

I guess I should have phrased the question "what percentage of them
are _likely_ to meet all three criteria"? I'm assuming there's a way
to figure out the probabilities.
