I am interested in finding out the flows of funds to developing
countries from rich countries over the last 10 years.

The dimensions that I am looking for are:
Source country or region: e.g. G8, EU, US
Destination country or region: e.g. South America, Sub-Saharan Africa or Mexico
Flow type: unilateral government aid, government debt relief, private
charitable money (via NGOs), targeted charitable funds and foreign
direct investment
Flow size: ideally denominated in US$
Time period: ideally last 10 years

Output:
I am interested in the raw data although academic papers, world bank
etc. research reports etc. would be of some use.  Please provide
specific links.
