You can of course, contact Ascot Car Rental though the "contact us"
forms on their website, but I presume you are looking for a more
formal approach.

Information on the directors -- names, titles, and related information
-- of private Australian companies such as Ascot Car Rentals can be
purchased from any one of several online services.

A company list costs about $50 Australian, which is about $40 US.


Should I post information about purchasing such information as an
answer to your question?

Thank you for that information about the Australian sites and I trust
that they will help me access the Directors of this company direct.
Yes it is a more formal approach that I need as the "contact us" line
of communication at Ascot Car Rentals has not provided any assistance
so far. The situation relates to the fraudulent withdrawl of a large
amount of funds from my credit card by an employee at Ascot Car
Rentals and having tried to resolve the issue for nearly 4 months with
a staff member at Ascot (to no avail) I think it is time to go higher
up the chain of command. If you are confident that the web sites you
suggest are going to give me the names and contact details of the
company directors then I am happy for these to be posted as the answer
to my query.

I'm sorry I let so much time elapse before responding to you.

I don't think I'll be able to answer your question.  There are simply
too many variations on the Ascot Car Rental name for me to pin down
which would be the right set of records for you to purchase, in order
to try and obtain more detailed contact information.

I just wanted to let you know the status on this.  I hope the
situation gets resolved somehow, and of course...all the best for the
holiday season and for the new year ahead.
