My question is I live in the State of California and filed a chapter 7
which is discharged. I Reaffirmed my truck at a price I couldn't
refuse. The issue is I got behind again four months, there is no
stipulation in the Reaffirmation about Default, can they take my
truck, or do they have to petition the Court again to do that. I am
getting it caught up right now, but I am kind of under the impression
that they Wells Fargo have not leverage on me, because the collection
efforts are not agressive. I am just concerned as to what would need
to take place for them to reposses it? I represented myself proper.

Hi krosas,

There are a few lawfirm services (not necessary actually hiring a
lawyer) that may be a good idea for you to check out. If you go to
this Website: www.credithelpguide.US you'll see two firms mentioned
throughout some of its pages (Academy Law Firm and Lexington Law
Firm). Try following up with them.

Hope this helps!
