I want the transcript of the scene in Sideway where:

Maya then shares her love of wine. Calm and lovingly, she tells Miles
that a bottle of wine is a living breathing entity, growing and aging,
waiting to reach its peak--that one moment when it?s absolutely
perfect. She leans forward and slightly rests her hand on top of
Miles?. Their stories become all too symbolic for us and for Miles. A
tender first kiss is brewing. Then, Miles backs away and retreats to
the bathroom. And with that, the audience groans on behalf of Maya.

Are you looking just for the words of Maya's monologue in that scene
or do you require a full transcript of all words/actions in that porch
scene?

The *shooting* script (which usually differs slightly from how it
finally appears on screen) contained these words by Maya:

"Wow, this is really starting to open up. What do you think? I started
to appreciate the life of wine, that it's a living thing, that it
connects you more to life. I like to think about what was going on the
year the grapes were growing. I like the think about how the sun was
shining that summer and what the weather was like. I think about all
those people who tended and picked the grapes. And if it's an old
wine, how many of them must be dead by now. I love how wine continues
to evolve, how every time I open a bottle the wine will taste
different than if I had uncorked it on any other day, or at any other
moment. A bottle of wine is like life itself -- it grows up, evolves
and gains complexity. Then it tastes so f***ing good."

The full shooting script was recently published in book form:

If you could send me a photocopy/fax/scan of the whole scene from the
shooting script then that would satisfy my question/request.
Alternatively I also want Miles monologue about Pinot and Maya's whole
monologue including the piece about wines peaking.

Subject: Porch Scene: Miles' Quote on Pinots

Could someone list Miles' Monologue about Pinots during the porch
scene. That metaphorical reference has stuck in my mind and can't
seem to remember the exact words.
