I am considering purchasing a franchis in a company called Tax Back,
specific info available at http://taxbacktour.com/flash.home.asp . 
They provide individuals and businesses a free review of their income
taxes and other bills, and often find that they have overpaid, then
split the refund with the customer.

I've also heard of a company called United Business Services, which
also provides this service.  I'd like to know the names/website of UBS
as well as any other competitors who offer franchises for these
services.
