My Outlook (part of Office 2003) is frequently getting hung up and
freezing. Oftent times it seems to with a message regarding Outlook
"synchronizing folders". Other times it can freeze when I'm in a
contact and then my Windows task manager will not even be able to
close the program. And I have to do a hard boot.
Is there anything i can do??

make sure you're using the most current version of OL 2003; to do
this, go to the "Help" menu > "Check for Updates".
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx

Then do a seach on your computer for a program called "Scanpst.exe".
Run this program and follow the directions.

if that doesn't work; go to the "Help" menu > Detect and Repair

if that still doesnt' work; then uninstall OL 2003 and install a Thunber Mail :)
