How can I pay for Business School?

I'm most interested in "top" business schools, arbitrarily defined by
me as Harvard, Stanford, Kellogg and Wharton. I've got a secondary
interest in other schools in the U.S. News and World Report top 20.

For this question, let's assume that I can get in. I'm most interested
in what scholarships are available and under what conditions. I'd also
be interested to know which companies will pay tuition and with what
commitments. School loans that apply to b-school and are significantly
more advantageous than standard bank loans would also be of some
interest.

I'm an able-bodied Caucasian Male, so scholarships based on Race or
Gender aren't going to be helpful to me, although if you run across
any, they're probably worth mentioning for anyone else who reads this
question.
