For the Deja Vu LP, I can give you the full album title a confirmed track list.

For the Monkey LP, I can give you the full album title and the name of
a dealer who has it, but I haven't been able to locate a track list,
so  I can't give you the names of Smith's tracks.  Perhaps the dealer
who has the LP could provide that information.
