211563, Undoubtedly such companies exist as specified in your question. However as an alternative (i.e. cost you nothing) you may wish to refer to the ?Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America? website, where state-by-state information is available. See here: http://www.iiaa.org/na/default?ContentPreference=NA&ActiveTab=NA&ActiveState=0 Click on ?Find an Agent?, Select ?State? (from drop down box), Click on ?Search?. If the information is for a commercial purpose you may care to contact the organisation by email and they should be able to package it, to meet your requirements (at a cost). As a side issue you may care to look at the ?US Department of Labor? (Occupational Outlook Handbook 2004-2005) website, which lists pertinent information regarding insurance agents (and any other job, including references to relevant professional organisations etc). See here: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos118.htm Finally as links to other countries and their agents, I would suggest you post additional questions on a country-by-country basis. Kind regards, gfmaster |

211563, Thanks for the thanks. Although my comment may reflect a more ecconomic (while still complete) way of obtaining what you are after, I urge you to accept pinkfreud's answer because (in my opinion) it meets your questions main requirement (I exclude the portion about 'other countries' as it would then be priced unrealistically), while the researcher stands ready to clarify any followup questions you may have. P.S. In my experiance as a commentor I have noted that pinkfreud is the best in the business and to maintain her enthusiasm and dedication for the task (for all our benefit) you need to 'pay as advertised' if you are completely happy with the responses given. Kind refgards, gfmaster |

Randy, The comment by gfmaster that used the phrase "pay as advertised" was made before I posted my answer. At that point I had not been paid anything, since only official answers by Google Answers Researchers (not comments or requests for clarification) are compensated. I believe gfmaster was just trying to urge you to accept my findings as your official answer, which you have done. You are one of my favorite customers, and you are fair and generous with Researchers. I always look forward to working with you. ~pinkfreud |
