I am trying to set up a new Subscription Based Stock Market Charting
program website. I'm pretty hip to the art of building and reading
charts, (for trading stocks) but am totally stumped with knowing how
to build them for
web server application.
 I?m sorry to sound so clueless, I know what I want, I just don?t know
where to begin to look for this sort of program.
I do have an API Developers Kit from data supplier.

I need some serious guidance with my approach to putting a charting
program together. I do not even know where to begin to find what's
needed. I don?t know the technicals of what I?m looking for.
 I have searched the web and cannot find a web owners stock chart software program.
I find co branding and such, but I would rather purchase to own my program.
