I?m looking to outsource employee?s payroll in 8 countries in Asia.
The countries are:
a)	Singapore (90 employees)
b)	Malaysia (200 employees)
c)	Thailand (550 employees)
d)	Philippines (30 employees)
e)	Hong Kong (60 employees)
f)	China ? Beijing (80 employees) & Shanghai (500 employees)
g)	Korea (45 employees)
h)	Australia (40 employees)

The payroll vendor should at the minimum provide the following services:
a)	Payroll Processing (including bonuses, expenses, annual increments
& ad-hoc payments)
b)	Generation of Payroll Reports
c)	Salary Crediting into employee?s bank account
d)	Submission of Statutory Contributions (pension, insurance, etc) to
the various agencies
e)	Employee Tax Filing

The payroll vendor should:
a)	Provide one stop payroll solutions for all 8 countries (I would
prefer to work with one vendor)
b)	Provide a web based tool with employee logon. This will allow
employees to view and generate their pay slips online.
c)	Have the option to integrate with a web based HRMS solution which
includes leave management, personnel data administration and benefits
administration

Please help me compile a list of payroll vendors (including scope of
work, pros and cons, and any other helpful information) which I can
work with to evaluate and decide on a payroll vendor for my company
