I need information on:

1)High level theory of the Balanced Scorecard
2)An example technical architecture detailing how a Balanced Scorecard
system might be implemented

I already have some information about scorecards, but would be
interested in different perspectives. The main focus should be on (2).
In particular, focus on areas including databases, users, data flow,
security etc.

As you will see, this is not a 'top price' question, I am able, and
have time, to do research myself, I'm looking for an outline answer
with links to more detailed information, and possibly a few ideas to
think about...

Thanks
