I am interested in starting up a business in Pennsylvania and I was
wondering what other ways I could go about registering the business. I
am interested in making the business a Limited Liability Company
(LLC), but is there anything else cheaper I can do for now until I
prove the profitability of the company? Also what forms are required
(tax wise) for a distrubutor/reseller of products. Thanks!

Doubtful, but you never want to INC or LLC in PA anyway. Delaware,
always Delaware. :)
