It took long and extensive research, but I finally managed to get a
useful result. Allow me to briefly explain the way that led to the
result:

- I searched the web for "Re-Launch" in connection with apparel, and I
found "Re-Launch" brand women's items only at Ebay Australia, offered
by Australian sellers. Therefore, I decided to concentrate my search
on Australia, where I supposed the company importing and branding the
items to be resident.

- I assumed that a company would register their apparel brand as a Web
domain, even if they don't actively use it for a website, to keep
others from registering and using the domain. And I indeed found out
that the Australian domain "re-launch.com.au" is registered by a
company called "Re-Launch Pty Ltd".

- However, I was not yet sure that this company was indeed connected
with apparel. So I continued searching. I found them registered in the
National Name Index of the Australian Securities & Investments
Commission, and listed as resident in Surry Hills, New South Wales.

- Finally, I assumed that they would register their brand with the
Australian Intellectual Property Office. So I searched the Office's
trademark database, and I was successful. The trademark record says
"Goods and Services:  Articles of apparel for mens, ladies, girls,
boys, children and infants", and it contains their full address and
the company owner's name, Frank Raoul Ward.

So, from the various sources, here is contact information for the
Australian company that imports Chinese apparel to label it with their
own Re-Launch brand:
