I am merging a collection of word documents with a simple database
that is also a word document in a table. It works well but some of
the information has more choices than the either/or that you get using
the Word field If then.. so, how to I make the merge stop and open a
dialogue box with my 4 choices and have the choice marked by the user
be inserted in my document .
(I dabbled with creating the userform in VBA but am stumped by what
language to use to insert the user's choice how to execute it with an
ok button. Could you give me a simple example of how to do this?
